Your appointment is reserved specifically for you.
If you miss your appointment or cancel at the last minute, we are unable to treat another patient in your place. 

If you are late for an appointment and can still be seen, you will pay the regular treatment fee for the time you originally booked.

• If you find it necessary to reschedule an appointment, 24 hours notice is required otherwise you will be billed the full treatment fee (i.e. $95.00 for a 60 minute appointment).

• If you miss an appointment without any notice of cancellation, you will be billed according to the regular appointment fee.    (i.e. $95.00 for a 60 minute appointment.)
